Does tsn OZWORLD accept orders from anywhere in the world?

Whilst tsn OZWORLD accepts orders from anywhere in the world, we regret that we cannot accept credit card payment on orders from Indonesia. Any order from Indonesia must be paid in US$ cash and the order will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend upon the weight of the parcel, to keep shipping costs down all standard shipping is by parcel airmail. Faster and/or tracked shipping options are available - please email tsn@tsntsn.com for alternative shipping options.

Do I save on shipping costs if I ship more than one item in the one package?
A
As all shipping from Australia is based upon the weight of the parcel the total cost of shipping 2 items, or more, is more expensive than shipping one item, but cheaper than having the parcels shiped as two separate orders .

Is my parcel insured?
A
Yes, the purchase price of items in all international parcels shipped by tsn-OZWORLD are insured against loss through our bulk transit insurance policy with Lloyds of London. This insurance is provided at no cost to the buyer
Unfortunately our free insurance cover does not extend to parcels shipped within Australia, Insurance for parcels within Australia must be requested and paid for at the rate of AUD$2.70 per AUD$100.00 value of parcel

How long will my parcel take to be delivered?

tsn-OZWORLD always ships within 2 days of receipt of order.
All orders are shipped by parcel Airmail which has an estimated delivery time of 4 - 6 week, but this can be longer, especially at Christmas and to buyers with a US address.

We ship all orders in parcels that weigh up to 2kgs - if your single order exceeds 2kgs we will ship multiple parcels.
It is possible that international parcels may be held up by customs or security, should this happen delivery times will be greater than shown above

Can I pay by cheque or money order?
A
We are sorry but due to the high costs relating to clearance fees for cheque or money orders in a foreign currency we cannot accept payment by cheque or money order in other than Aussie$.
We can accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or in Aussie$cash.
